Flooring types we work with

We don't pretend to do every flooring product on the market. Here's what we install regularly across Toowoomba and the Downs.

Timber and engineered timber

Solid timber for character homes, engineered timber for stability over concrete or where moisture's a factor. We'll talk you through what suits your room and your budget.

Tiles and vinyl plank

Tiles for wet areas and high-traffic spots, vinyl plank for kitchens, hallways and rentals where durability matters. Vinyl plank in particular has come a long way — it's a sensible call for a lot of jobs.

Our installation process

Most flooring problems come from skipping the prep. We don't.

• On-site measure. We look at the existing floor, the subfloor, transitions and skirting before we quote.
• Fixed quote within 48 hours. Supply, lift, prep, lay, finish — all spelt out.
• Lift and prep. Old floor up, subfloor checked and levelled where needed.
• Lay and finish. Boards, tiles or planks down, edges trimmed, transitions clean.

If you've already bought your flooring, we can install it. If you'd rather we supply, we can do that too.

Get a quote

Flooring is one of those jobs where every room is different — slope, subfloor, what's underneath, what's around the edges. We'd rather measure it on-site and give you a real number than throw a per-square-metre figure at you that won't hold up.

You might also need painting or bathroom work as part of the same renovation — we can roll it into one quote and one schedule.
